Replace the doors of the have issues with kitchen door it is under warranty but you keep saying it is wear tear but it is guaranteed I do not understand the reason simply still guarantee so iscabinets

Have reported the issue and customer service keeps not solving the issues I save money and borrowed and was paying for the kitchen for 5 years till it got cleared now they seem to brush it by saying it is wear and tear how would fixed the paint or swollen door wear tear they say

Unfullfilled promises

I'm writing this afternoon because I received a call from David in order to coordinate the delivery for July 1, 2025. When my husband and I went to select the cabinets, we requested at the very beginning for installation because we wanted to have everything ready for the weekend of July 4, 2025.

We were told that your installer was booked up until July 25, 2025. Therefore, we ask if we install them ourselves, how soon can we have them delivered? Both Alease and Matthew told us that if we place the order by the beginning of the month, they could have them delivered in the week of the 23rd. This date will give us time to install them and have the contractor of the countertop take the measurements, cut it, and install it, and we will be ready.

I was told to call Alease and Matthew to let them know as soon as I talked to customer care for the welcome call, and they will 'make sure the order goes in the next day and is delivered by the week of the 23rd.' So I did what I was told. I signed the order on June 10, 2025, paid in full, and I called Matthew because Alease was off that day. I was told by Lisy that Matthew was on the phone, that she would leave them a message, and she also told me that it was impossible to have the cabinets installed by July 4th because everyone wants to have theirs installed by the same date. Although I found the comment very negative on her part, I left a message to let Matthew know I already received the welcome call and to have him call me back.

I was told in person by Alease that as soon as I made this last call, she or Matthew would call and 'push' the delivery for the week of July 23rd. Alease also told me that it would take manufacturing two weeks to assemble the cabinets and she would call me the week of June 14th to let me know the status. We asked so many times, 'Are you sure you can have them delivered by the week of the 23rd?' and they both said YES. Since I didn't receive the call from Alease, I called yesterday and Lisy told me she was off and that she would be in today (6/19/25) at 11 am.

I called today and asked Lisy to leave a message for Alease to call me back. Today, I received a call from David from customer support to coordinate the delivery for the 1st of July, and I explained everything to him; then he said he was going to transfer me to the manager as I requested. Lisy answered the phone, tells me that Matthew was off today and tomorrow. She repeatedly said that the only day was July 1st.

I told her that everything I receive from her are negative comments. Between the back and forth, David comes back and transfers his side of the call to Karol. At that time, Karol said that either Alease or Matthew called and they informed them that it was not possible to do it on the promised day. Karol also told me that the order for the cabinets came this week and it is impossible to have them delivered next week.

The least I can say is that I feel I was lied to; I'm very disappointed because I was at the Conshohocken store more than two times. Both Alease and Matthew made promises they couldn't keep.

I hope that somebody does the minimum to solve this matter in a truly way. I expect a call from either Matthew Kusiak or Joseph Paradiso with a solution.

Wren have just point blank said no refund and closed the case.

I have sat on the floor of my garage £500 of unused items that Wren says cannot be returned/refunded. As we put our trust in the kitchen designer, I feel so frustrated and annoyed. We spent close to £11 thousand pounds and cannot get a refund on the items not used.

Replacement sink and tap also how long is the loan for

The sink has a few chips on it, and the bowl is discoloured. It's as if the surface of the sink tried numerous cleaning products to no avail. I am so happy with the kitchen and sink, but the sink looks dirty and old.

Assuared refund did not occur.

Refund was promised on Friday 6June.This has not happened, store planner Ramie Azis assuared me that head office agreed the refund.Where is it. This has taken 5 Weeks. I have spent over 1 hour trying to call you on 0345 127 ****.

Missing item

Held on the line far too long, said the waiting time was 5 min but was holding the line for over 15 minutes. Requested a call back and no one has called, very poor customer after sales service. I had intended to refer Wren to both my sisters and our friends as they are looking to buy a new Kitchen, but now think twice

Awful customer service

Mistakes made on the flooring, initially refused to change or correct so had to go into the branch where the manager was lovely however simply seemed to pacify us but nothing happened.

We were told different stories by different personnel and waited over a week just to get some kind of explanation...over a week later and still waiting for the correct flooring to be delivered

Splashback issues

I am very upset about my template being cancelled because of my designer's mistake. I cannot have my splashback put on without moving the bottom units all forward.

Now I will need more side panels for the fridge/freezer unit when all this is not my fault. And I have to pay my installer extra now for doing more work.

Touch up paint

Vat invoice query

After receiving the VAT invoices my accountant asked for confirmation wether worktops supplied and fitted were zero rated and included/not included in VAT total.

Very bad service

They betrayed the customer with putting an ottoman bed in display for sell and ordered non ottoman bed on the website , when customer realized it’s not exactly same bed on display they denied to help.very disappointing

They displayed an ottoman bed with 489 in the showroom and did fraud with customer by putting non ottoman bed in the order section with same price. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to wren.

Fault on inbuilt microwave

Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for Inbuilt Microwave

Good evening

My name is George Simon. I had my kitchen refurbished a few years ago,(from poole wren kichen)since 28/03 my inbuilt microwave has stopped working.

I had an electrician check it, and he confirmed that the microwave got problems

I understand that my one-year manufacturer warranty has expired. However, when I contacted WRAN customer service, I was informed that I would need to pay £149 for a technician to inspect it.

If the microwave is not repairable, I would also have to cover the cost of a replacement.

As I am still making monthly payments for the kitchen, I am unable to afford these additional charges. I am extremely disappointed with this situation and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and help find a resolution.

Your warranty is with the manufacturer, not Wren. Leave Wren out of it. You still paying on the kitchen has nothing to do with the warranty.

You know Microwaves have as little as 90 days warranty? At the most they comes with a year warranty. If it is out of warranty the cost to replace it is on you.
